This is a basic screening for common psychological or cognitive disorders that will inform you or your doctor about what possible emotional or thinking concerns there are, and whether more comprehensive evaluation is needed.

“I’m concerned I have early-onset dementia.”
We assess for a specific diagnosis and provide screening for other disorders that share similar signs or symptoms.
After thorough interview with a licensed psychologist and paper-and-pencil and interactive testing, you will be provided with individually tailored recommendations to improve your functioning and a 1–5-page report summary.

An assessment for answering complex questions, such as confirming or disconfirming multiple diagnoses and telling apart conditions that show similar signs and symptoms, such as medical conditions causing memory or emotional difficulties.
The evaluation includes everything in a Focused Assessment, but will involve more intensive psychological and cognitive testing, as well as follow-up appointments to support treatment planning and recommendations.
