Owner, Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Lindsay Vo
Dr. Vo is a licensed psychologist with specialized expertise in clinical neuropsychology. She completed her fellowship at the Central Arkansas VA Health Care System and brings years of experience to her practice. Dr. Vo approaches each individual with genuine care, tailoring her methods to meet unique needs rather than applying a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
Her professional passions include culturally informed assessment, clinical supervision, and the study of neuroscience. Outside of her practice, Dr. Vo enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time outdoors—especially when it’s not allergy season.

Dr. Genevieve Bendeck
Dr. Bendeck is a licensed psychologist.
She completed her postdoctoral training in the area of neuropsychology following her passion for neuroplasticity and the science of resilience, believing in the brain's incredible capacity to adapt and evolve.
She is dedicated to guiding her clients towards their full potential through a multifaceted and holistic model. Her training in neurofeedback and clinical experience have led her to a biopsychosocial frame, integrating a holistic model, and embracing all aspect of clients' lives as an essential key for growth and recovery.
Her multicultural background fosters deep connections, understanding, and inclusivity, making her a trusted empathic partner in her clients' health journey.
Lead Neuropsychology Technician (Psychometrist)
Dr. Nancy McBride
Dr. Nancy McBride graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park University and went on to earn her Master’s, Specialist, and PhD in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada–Reno, where she was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi. She holds National Certification as a School Psychologist (NCSP) and is board certified in School Neuropsychology (ABSNP), with additional specialized training at Marquette University and certification as a Memory Interventionist.
A Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and retired school neuropsychologist, Dr. McBride continues to collaborate with colleagues and clients to explore the brain’s complexities. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her furbaby, Chevy.
Neuropsychology Technician (Psychometrist)
Amanda Larsen
Amanda Larsen, MHA, is a dedicated psychometrist with over 17 years of experience in healthcare, including 12 years specializing in psychiatric care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, graduating cum laude. Amanda is passionate about working closely with clients, helping them reach their goals through compassionate and personalized care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys crafting, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family and her beloved 10-year-old Corgi-Terrier mix, Benji.
Office Manager
Shantara Roed
Shantara Roed is the office manager for Diverse Assessment Services (DAS). She started her journey with DAS in January 2024.
Shantara has worked in the mental health/ healthcare world for 10+ years plus a lifetime of different experiences. She started her path working with developmentally disabled individuals in their homes in 2011. From there, she made her way along different paths to work with dedicated mental health professionals.
Office Assistant
Rory Steward
Rory Steward is beginning her journey in the mental health field as an assistant, bringing with her a strong foundation in communication and a passion for supporting others. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has developed a deep understanding of empathy, patience, and connection—skills she now carries into her new career path. She holds a degree in Communications, which has strengthened her ability to listen, express, and build meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Rory loves to travel, explore new perspectives, and find ways to give back to others.
